Pack renueva
- hello i made a purchase back in february for €8100 for interior doors and kits. i was told by the clerk vai email that i would recieve a cheque of €800 as he had set me up with the pack renueva . ive recievex €160(2%) so far and havent recieved or even had an email for the rest. ive been into the store several times to be told they will get in cotact with me when they figure out why ive not recieved this yet. and no one ever contacts me. i am very sad about this as i am a regular customer of the store and have spent thousands of euros instore. and this situation has caused me to lose trust in leroy merlin. i hope to here from someone soon. or i think i will stop shopping with the company. your sincerly david gray
