I bought ceramic tiles from Leroy Merlin (Trek Honey 23X120 flooring) and the person working in the tile department recommended that I buy Axton Plus 2-15 mortar and Eurobrid 1MM leveling wedge. On the Leroy Merlin website it says that Axton Plus 2-15 Mortar is good for 3 to 15 mm width. Will it also be good for 1 mm, if not, which one should I buy? Thank you

You won't have a problem with that product, but the best solution for a smaller space on that floor would be epoxy cola, this reference http://www.leroymerlin.es/fp/948470/cola-para-juntas-axton-traslucido.
