Cochera not delivered.

I ordered 3 items on 14th April. 2 have been delivered, the 3rd, a car port, cochera, has not arrived. I paid nearly €80 for delivery. I have sent 2 messages using the online form, sent 3 emails in English and a spanish translation using Google. I have also phoned 3 times only to be put on hold for over 20 mins each time. I have had no replies. My tracking status says all 3 items have been delivered. How do I get a response from a member of Leroy Merlin regarding the non-delivery of my much needed cochera. I have workmen waiting to put it up and I have to keep telling them ''not yet". Please help if you can.

Thank you for your response. It has now been a week since you replied and I still have had no contact from the delivery company or from a representative of Leroy Merlin. Please could you look into this for me again.

5 weeks since ordering and paying for the cochera and €79 delivery and still nothing.
Very poor customer service.
I'm at a loss as where to go next.
No response from emails, online communication form, telephone calls, 1 response from forum over a week ago to say my query has been passed on .... no communication from either delivery company or a Leroy Merlin employee since. Had no problem with the shed or log store delivery.

Hello. I have had a phone call from a delivery driver saying he has a large delivery for mr but he cannot deliver it to my house as he doesn't have anything to unload it with.
Please can you advise the driver what to do

No delivery today as promised. No phone call, no email, nothing. I have stayed in all day as I have done for weeks now waiting for this delivery. 
I have been extremely patient with this non delivery situation. It has been almost 7 weeks since I placed and paid for this order. The delivery charge for this cochera was €79.95. I would like this payment refunded as a gesture of goodwill for all the inconvenience caused.
Please make my order/delivery your priority first thing tomorrow.
