I made 2 orders in April and they said it would take longer for delivery due to Coronavirus, after a few weeks I checked again and got the same answer, since then I have sent 3 emails chasing this, only now the website says My packages have been delivered. I asked where, since it certainly was not delivered to the address I gave. I have had no response to any of these queries. I certainly wouldn't ask for anything more on their website and unless I get an answer I won't venture into their stores again and would recommend to all my neighbors not to go either.
