I had my Inspire fan controller fail. I found the part using the part number and went to my La Zenia store to try to order it. A local salesman promised to check as the part was only in the Murcia store, and I did not want to drive 150km. He did not reply (customer service fault 1) so after a week I ordered it in Murcia. I collected it yesterday. Today I found that the part has been changed from my version with different cable plugs. Adeo must not follow GMP as they do not track different versions of the same part(customer service fault 2.). The La Zenia store do not agree to any fault and would not make a deal if I bought a new fan, even though I only wanted some small compensation for the fuel I used (customer service fault 3). I told them this would make me a very unhappy customer. This is very bad customer service.
