I ordered 3 items on 14th April. 2 have been delivered, the 3rd, a car port, cochera, has not arrived. I paid nearly €80 for delivery. I have sent 2 messages using the online form, sent 3 emails in English and a spanish translation using Google. I have also phoned 3 times only to be put on hold for over 20 mins each time. I have had no replies. My tracking status says all 3 items have been delivered. How do I get a response from a member of Leroy Merlin regarding the non-delivery of my much needed cochera. I have workmen waiting to put it up and I have to keep telling them ''not yet". Please help if you can.
