No contact from leroy merlin re incomplete delivery

In April I placed an order at home on the web (order No 058-759945) for 4 mosquito nets, I received one for sliding door net but NOT the others (2 roller window nets and 1 door net). The order was paid in full.

On the web, it appears as delivered. By phone, it has been impossible to access customer services (the number rings then cuts off). I have sent numerous emails but have not received any response to resolve this. The customer service I have received so far is terrible. I cannot go to any store as all are closed due to COVID-19
